Bummer

Only when the stereo is cranked and David Gilmour is bending a string.

Ok, seriously, not really. I expected a Roadster to have more road noise, and it does, but wierd noises? No. Nothing that would suggest anything mechanical. No wind whistles. Just overall louder from outside.

Bear in mind I have over a quarter million miles touring on a motorcycle, so road noise isn't a real issue. In both cases I just turn up the stereo.

Short version: Go to the track you want to run on and ask. The tech inspectors there will have final say and there appears to be no set answer.
