    They can work fine with good fitment and beefy tires. Easy to look goofy as hell though. The base models come with 18's don't they? Also a topic a few below this one that has dozens of pages...

    Your brake pads should be as aggressive as the tire you're running. The closer matched they are, the less prone to ice mode you'll be.

    I wouldn't recommend it because your shock is not adjustable to compensate for the lower ride height so they will probably bottom out.... Plus the spring will probably move around in the bucket since...
