You can still turn it all the way off, just set it to the lowest setting, which will disable traction control entirely. Note that there's still ABS functionality, including "ice mode". The only way to disable that is to cut the yaw sensor (there's a DIY for it). With it on, the car will understeer when trail braking because the system is applying the rear brakes to try and straighten the car. Long story short, just don't trail brake

Yea so I got that part but what I was confused about and can't seem to get a solid answer was about the stability portion of the VDC. It seemed from factory with VDC off all stability was off to the point you could spin a 360 and there would be no stability assist to straighten you out (as was tested doing the VDC off test at leguna "warm up" figure 8 in parking lot. So with ecutek VDC off I know wheel "slippage" is now tunable but what happens with the stability assist portion? With VDC on it will use yaw and steering angle to do selective braking to help keep you straight but what about when off now? I haven't been able to go find an empty lot to go play around it and get a feel for it yet.

Hey so I got my tune and still adjusting to the quicker throttle but I think I like it, need to give it a couple days before I know. I have asked Seb about the VDC thing a couple time but I am still not completely sure I understand it. Since you have the same thing and go to some of the same tracks I plan to, can I ask you a bit more about it vs Oem?

I'll probably jump on this as a preventative measure once you have them ready...
