No matter what you will want to take the heads apart to clean everything, and at that point a valve job is not a bad idea. Another option is cams, as it will never be cheaper than now to install...

There is absolutely no reason for you not to make 600+whp on pump gas with that exhaust. What turbine A/R do you have?

You'll be fine. If you have the 750 injectors that come with the kit you might run out of injector on E85.

You have to press down on the top of the gate a little to get it to seat so you can put the clamp on. The missing parts unfortunately isn't a surprise. Tial makes good stuff but they have packing...
