Really the Z's layout it just too cramped for anything much, at least not remotely comfortably. If you can afford a Z, you can afford a cheap hotel room :)

For a track car, heat is the biggest concern. There are a number of ways you can attack the problem. Things like a vented hood, upgraded fans, using Uprev to lower the temperature the fans come on...

You can run the stock plugs, but we usually recommend going with one-step colder plugs. As for additional maintenance, there really isn't anything special needed just like a factory turbo car.
