I've done several fiberglass projects like this (but less complicated since they were sealed) and unless you have a bunch of experience, you're going to end up spending a ton of hours on it to...

Before you leave our lovely forum - how did you get the internal volume to spec? I have made a few frp enclosures very similar to this one but they were always sealed... I see you fabbed the port...

Holy hell that's a big amp! :eek: My sub box is underneath where your amp is. Removed the foam and built one for 2 JL 6.5's, which thump WAY more than the measurements would otherwise imply.
