So much for a "business with a brick and mortar facility with bona fide business hours, phone number, e-mail address and fax number" who "has been in business for 26 years".

It just goes to prove that it doesn't matter what the walls/exterior look like, but it does matter what is inside them.

I'm actually really glad that GTM can't get their sh!t together because it led me to your kit. It's honestly the best thing that could have happened for me. It couldn't have worked out any better in the end. Well I guess I could have gotten my refund
