At the moment we've got the head off, everything taken off the block except the rotating assembly. Going to de-grease and flush the bottom end but not remove the rotating assembly (no reason to think it's bad so we're gonna leave it alone).

I'm going to be disassembling the head, completely cleaning that, doing some minor re-shaping on the exhaust ports (they have a big lump that intrudes into the port) giving the valve seats a quick polish and new seals.

We haven't decided if we're gonna slap cams on it or not...

It's going in a S14 Zenki.

It's an RB25DET NEO

Not a very common engine here in the states so it's taking a lot of research and cross-checking everything to be sure we get the right parts. The benefits of the NEO engine make it worth it tho.
