What with the db-level sound check thing? Is that some CA environmental reg stuff, or because the track is close to offices/apartments or something? I've never heard of a db-check at tracks here, and there's some insanely loud cars in the upper run groups at some of our DEs. A couple are just straight up tube-frame custom race cars that look like they belong in a NASCAR event and sound about the same, too.
