Done, done, and done. The entire garage is insulated and drywalled. When we were building the house I asked the builder how much to fully insulate and finish the garage, he said $1200... That's extremely cheap in these parts so I didn't hesitate to sign off on that. 
My only regret is not asking for a slightly higher ceiling in the garage. I need to get a structural engineer out to figure out what I need to do to gain a bit of hight in the middle bay, so I can park a car under the 4 post lift.
