Happened again, 3 times in one year.. This suck monkey nuts....

Driver jumps out after driving 20 feet past my car after hitting it and say's "Sorry I was looking at my trailer" He didn't see the car with blinking tail lights stopped in the middle of the road.

I am glad we can't carry concealed weapons on base..
