Looks great, minus the wing, but to each his own on that as always.

HKYStormFront 04-29-2010 07:03 PM

function over form

travisjb 04-29-2010 07:12 PM

looking great mike! wing looks much better now that the car is all put together

jmlenz 04-29-2010 07:53 PM

The fascia looks as good as I thought it would!

Mike 04-29-2010 08:22 PM

Thanks guys!!!!! I'm really happy with the way it came out.

I know the wheel coloring might not be to everyone's liking, and that is cool. I like it, and it showcases my powdercoating skills.

As for the wing, that too might be a little over the top for a street car, but I spend as much time on the track as I do the street with this car, and the wing is extremely functional.

I have instructed Forged to lower the car 1.25" front and 1" rear. My track tires lower me 1/2" as it is, and I have 2" clearance on my trailer, so a total 1.75 front should still let me load without scraping.

In addition to those coilovers, I also bought the eibach (SPC) front and rear adjustable camber/toe/caster kits.

ChrisSlicks 04-29-2010 08:34 PM

Looking good Mike! Figure out a way to add some front brake ducting with that new fascia?

Stillen is supposed to be coming out with that soon, I think it will entail adding fangs back in.

HKYStormFront 04-29-2010 09:03 PM

^^ that might actually make it look better imo. as much as i am not a fan of the "fangs" i can see that it would help make the lines flow better for the front clip for those who don't have a huge FMIC up there

tbonesteak 04-29-2010 11:52 PM

mike,

this shti is straight sex. very very well executed.

Mike 04-30-2010 07:20 AM

thanks, thinking about nismo side skirts next.

DannyGT 04-30-2010 02:50 PM

Looks like a well executed track toy! /grats

FuszNissan 04-30-2010 03:45 PM

Where's the intercooler? :p

nogoodname 04-30-2010 09:45 PM

Looks great, now slam that Z with those coilovers....lol

LateralG'z 05-01-2010 01:01 AM

One bad *** ride! I am a little jealous. turned out great

XwChriswX 05-01-2010 07:47 PM

That front bumper looks sweet. I'd have to see it in person to sign off on ordering one, but since you have black and I have black, its making it really tempting. :icon14:

And as for the wheels, I prefer black on black myself so no love lost here. Z looks great!

Are you thinking of doing any sort of headlight mod?

My track wheels are satin black. I actually like them better myself too. Thinking about headlight mods. I did them on my 350 myself. Should have done hole car was in the shop

res0zsfa 05-02-2010 12:30 PM

i hope you are going twin turbo to complete that look. looks empty without a intercooler

well they didn't work out. THey got them installed, adjusted to the height I wanted, corner balanced it and took it for a drive around the block and one of the rear shock mounts broke off. The manufacturer is halting production and will determine the cause of the failure, but I am now getting Tein Monoflex installed instead.

theDreamer 05-04-2010 04:21 PM

Wow, looking forward to your results on the Tein Monoflex.

ouch man, I figured you would get a lot more use out of them than I would so I passed that deal on to you. Part of me is glad I did now that I read that

JB-370z 05-04-2010 06:14 PM

Tein Monoflex = Win
I had Tein flex installed on my Turboed RSX-S. I loved them!

I really think it was a fluke on their part, and Agility has gone out of their way to accomodate me and I know they are working on the problem. I'm sure once they get it sorted, they will have a top notch product. This is why they have test cases. I put Sharif in contact with them, and I'm sure they will have a fix in no time, but I just want my car back on the road now!!!!! Stormfront is doing a photoshoot friday night that I need to be at, and I want to drive it, plus the teins are proven.

2fast4thelaw 05-04-2010 09:55 PM

The rear wing is a little much (a bit ricey) but the rest looks good.

Take your huge *** sticker off that doesn't do a damn thing.

kevin.z 05-07-2010 01:41 AM

What you talking about? stillen sticker is Race Inspired Cosmetic Mod. It adds 50hp.

The STILLEN sticker on your windshield is a little much (a bit ricey) but the rest looks good.
Does STILLEN pays you for putting that sticker up on your windshield?

It prevents his white *** skin from getting farmer tanned when he drives his Z. :)

Jamaica 05-18-2010 06:51 PM

i love your bumper. looks awesome. I bought the stillen bumper also but my car color is blue. I am not sure about the side skirts. whats your opinion on it?

Mike 05-24-2010 02:40 PM

confirmed with my accountant that the lettering will make the car advertising and thus a legitimate business expense.

Had the graphics done at Zdayz but Justin, from Redline Design Custom Graphics
