Time for another review.

Fast Intentions Exhaust (12" resonators & SS mufflers) with Fast Intentions Long Tube Headers:
-The car has has a much deeper tone and both aggressive in nature and overall volume. I will honestly say I had a few people turn heads with my previous exhaust setup, but this system I have people walking up to my car and watching as I just pull through parking lots.

Start up (cool mornings) - The car is a bit loud but within 15 seconds it is down to a nice volume and tone. This is partially due to the LTHs I would assume, but definitely a great sound to have.
Morning driving - The sound is very good with a hint of rasp while the car & exhaust is still warming up. Overall though it stays quiet in the morning until I push it above 4k which is great when I am just waking up and getting out of the neighborhood.
Afternoon/Evening - Car is warm, exhaust is warm, this exhaust absolutely is a dream. I thought the LTHs with 12" res might be a bit to loud just driving around town but it definitely is not, for me. Cruising you get a nice exhaust note throughout the cabin and can just put your foot down and get it all.

The only downside I have had with this exhaust was when I was stuck in traffic for over an hour not moving at all and my car was starting to get extra hot. My revs were slowly climbing and just sitting there was a bit of a pain, but really ever since that single instance it never has happened. I have been stuck one other time for awhile in traffic and it was fine. Probably was the huge pick up truck in front of me that was pumping hot air into my car.

On another note, I am looking to do brake upgrades. Not sure what to set for a budget, but first I am keeping the stock BBK setup. It works great on the street, but I need a bit more stopping power with the SC. Plus I have not changed my stock pads out and after 20k miles I think it is time for a change.

Currently looking to do the following:
-SS Lines
-New Pads
-Fluid
Looking for the best street options. I do not want pads that screech, fluid I do not mind changing out every so often if needed but would like to keep it to twice a near maximum. SS lines I would assume most are similar but looking for opinions from those who have upgraded.

I want to do rotors also, even though I know they might not do much for me on the street, but I think overall they are a nice touch to have with the car. Though those will come beginning of next year.

BFG, they have worked pretty well for me so far.

Everything has actually, the pads are also good street pads. No noise, not much dust. Better bite than stock hot and cold.

That is the one thing I would prefer to keep down is noise, dust I can clean my car.
Damn it, and I was hoping to spend less money right now.

You're telling me, this crazy thought about a BBK has been creeping into my mind lately.

Oh do not remind me.
I really look this weekend at pricing and compared to upgrading my stock BBK. It is very tempting to buy a new BBK, but I know I will not need it on the street at all.

right, 95% of the people on here will never need a BBK, but I think we can all stop lying to ourselves now and accept that the word "necessity" is a very subjective one.

Matt... Save the cash from a BBK! The OEM Z34 sport brakes are PLENTY! Hell they are the same size of my StopTech BBK! I like what RCZ suggested. Stoptech does offer Sport Brake Kits which includes; PowerSlot slotted rotors or StopTech's SportStop drilled or drilled/slotted rotors , StopTech stainless steel brake lines, and street performance pads. Rotors, lines and pads are for both front and rear. I'd stay away from drilled rotors as they are own to crack. Also I prefer ATE brake fluid. Import Parts Pro in Spring sometimes has it in stock but can be ordered from TireRack.com.

Time for an update to my build for 2011. This past year was fun, was originally going to just add new wheels which were put on the car over the summer and focus on my other car but in November all that was thrown out the window.

New wheels put on the car:

Just a bit of wheel gap:

Now that was the extent of my plans for the year but a BMW driver decided to change all that:

Initially I thought the wheel was going to be bent & need to be replaced, but after getting the car back to Baker we found the wheel to be structurally fine, just cosmetic issues. This is when things went out the door, after we got the car on a lift we found the rear suspension broken (control arms bent) and the rear bumper was cracked. Insurance took a few weeks to fight it out, the BMW driver finally admitted fault and they agreed to cover 100% of the damages. Instead of just doing OEM parts we decided to upgrade a few things:
-TEIN Monoflex with EDFC
-SPC camber kit (rear only)
-Nismo OEM rear bumper

I have not ordered sways as I am still doing research and a few other things happened which have slowed this all down. Now right before Christmas I stop by Baker to check out a Midnight Purple R35 they just finished painting and check on my car:

Look into my car and see a few things wrong:

Well, there goes any chance of getting the car back before the end of the year. Stolen items:
-Pioneer Z120 head unit
-Valetine 1
-MP3 player

They destroyed the OEM AC control unit, surrounding panels and the upper screen I had installed when we did the supercharger. A bit pissed, but took this as a chance to redo a few things, new head unit, upper screen will be built using OEM nav pieces minus the $900 screen and plug into the HKS Camp 2.

And for fun, the HKS camp 2 had a slight 'glitch' one day and set a new record for MPH.
