Yup yup. Intake/HFC's/Exhaust - not going to dyno each individual part lol.

All depends on where you go - Omaha, NE could be terrible about it when I lived there, but I was never grabbed once for it in my Camaro. I'd always hear stories about kids in their Civics being nabbed though...
