They were custom made by a local member, PG6speed. Look up his album and there are a few pics as they were made.

Looking good on the composite photo. Got the sounds now for the cool ride. I agree you three should hook up for a photo shoot of MB's.
|
thanks!
No new updates...haven't really been wanting to do anything else to the Z except coilovers... |
Thinking of selling the Z... I need some opinions on that option. Not sure how much I could get for the car (would sell as is but with stock 19s probably)
I'd like to pay off some debt, save money, and look into getting a house this yr. |
Nooooooo but if you do sale me ur rims.
|
haha, the sport 19s? My friend with the Gen Coupe wanted the Varrstoens already

I agree with the de modding. I sold off all my mods within a few weeks and put plenty of money back in my pocket. Way way than I would of gotten selling it as Is. IMO a car modded is most of the time worth less than a stock car !
And as far as houses appreciating , I wouldn't bank on that, haha. The day china stops giving us money houses will be worth under 100k lmAo |

Sad to hear this Boost as your car has been an inspiration for my MB Z! However, if you do end up deciding to go this route I am very interested in your:
Stillen Splitter style front lip (Blk urethane) EVO-R Side blades (FRP) Shine Auto rear bumper add-on/valances (color-matched) And your entire Audio Setup. (Willing to replace with stock) Blacked out Headlights. (Willing to replace with stock) Can do local pickup. Live in Houston but willing to commit to the drive if needed. |
^ get in line :)
|
:rofl2:
Nothing is set in stone yet, but I'll post up if anything happens. |
I'm sure he let us san Antonio peeps have first dibs on parts :stirthepot:
I really thought you decided to keep it since I read you were trying to get some stillen g3 lol |
I want your wheels and lip...bad. lol

i want the stock 19's
|
say what!? i cant believe u might sell it, did yall ever get a z meet going in sa??
|
Probably going to keep it after all. The car sat for three weeks, then I drove it to cupcake meet. I forgot how many heads she turns, and how smooth she rides. Plus the honda is blown again, so this is my only fun car :)
I forgot to take pics of the car at ccm, I'll hunt around online to see if anyone caught pics. |
ugh, i wanted your side blades!
... glad you're keeping the Z man :) |
Lee! Nina told me she saw you at ccm, I never saw your car :(
|
i never had a chance to stop by your journal bro.... you have a great looking car man

Got my custom plates for the car. (seen below) 8/1/2010 Installed the retractable front plate (Show-N-Go) in the grill area. Also posted up a DIY for this install. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v2...h_MVI_5292.jpg ^ click for video Where did u get ur plate frame? N how do u get it to do that? Very nice car btw |
Frame fan be found on Ebay or other online stores. Its a universal kit, I wrote a diy on my install, its similar to lee's but slightly more involved.
http://www.the370z.com/diy-section-d...ter-mount.html Also I have it linked in my diy but here is lee's diy too http://www.the370z.com/diy-section-d...-location.html |
^ thanks
There's also a link to purchase the kit in my DIY |
Went to a dyno day yesterday.
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v2...220_021515.jpg blue line is 4th gear pull red line is 5th gear pull Not thrilled with my numbers but I had fun. I'm wondering if my Cobb canned Nismo map is robbing any power. I'll probably be going back for some additional runs in the near future ;) Oh and don't mind the new engine bay look :happydance: http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v2.../IMG_0920e.jpg |
not bad, you might want to try a proper tune, probably yield a few more ponies.
