I have been using the same painter now for 3 years he does a pretty good job for the price. As far as the upholster im using Diamond Dave (im sure you know him). We will see how it turns out if I would send anyone his way, this job is a little different than what he normally does.

Thanks for the congrats as well. Know anyone looking to rent a nice little house in the Riverview area?
