OBVIOUSLY not a beginner bike at all, but that's the style I'd want. Also really like the colors.

You can get that "style" without going crazy. You could get a 500 or 600cc, such as this.

Of those two, I like the center exit exhaust on the 600 better. But I prefer Yamaha over Honda.

There's a lot that goes into shopping for the bike. Regardless, don't sweat the details about learning to ride. It's not that bad. Ani's bike is probably great for you to learn on too. But you'll never know if you don't just go and get your damn permit and get it over with.

I'm sure there is and I'm not denying it's important to find the Right one, not one that looks pretty. But bikes just aren't for me. I like having metal between me and the pavement.

So if/when you sell your Vulcan, where will the funds go to? Into new gear/bike stuff, car stuff, or wedding fund?

Giving $1000 to her, no matter what I sell it for. Remaining money goes towards my credit card.
