I lied, I haven't been to the Hunt Valley Cars & Coffee. It was the Maple Lawn one I was thinking of.

Just got home from a long drive, my Vtak is done!! Clutch pedal won't come back up after depress. Drove home from B'more to Frederick without a stop

Key is just not to kill/injure yourself during the first two weeks. It's going to be hell and hurt like a bastard no matter what. It'll be fine after that.

Pretty much. I took a 3 week break from the gym in January and tried to lift the same amount of weight when I came back......was definitely not a good idea.
