But I do like my location... i was looking at some new places. Nothing new had a decent amount of land, some u could fit a deck, and that was it. Also the HOAs were ridiculous. Fees and rules.

Okay to be fair yes Carroll county has some very nice land. Just to far out in the boonies for a young man like myself.
