Well 4 cyl + 6 cyl = 10 cyl so he would be paying the same amount in gas as he is now.

I think you'll find that it's worth the extra money. Paying down a mortgage is definitely better than wasting money on rent, which is why I'm trying to get a house ASAP.

The way i see it, you should try to pay off that mortgage. make 2 extra payments per year, it will go a long long way.

This is why I'm trying to buy one ASAP. I can get a house now and then have it paid off by the time I'm like 50. Then I can buy myself a Lambo with all the extra disposable income
