Depends on what I'm doing. Changing filters or screwing with the headlights etc you don't need the front fascia all the way off.

I do it alone without scraping and no towels.

All about technique, really.

Yeah, you can do that. It's just a lot easier to have a friend take the other side. It's not a heavy item, just cumbersome.

And I usually lay it on grass to avoid scratching.

I loosen both sides near the headlights, and then pull it away from the front by myself. The reverse, for putting it back on. It's not a 2-man job at all.

Bottom side of the fascia is going to get scraped anyway, unless you are immune to random speed bumps or steep driveways. I never cared much about anything people can't see, anyway.

Regardless, there's no way around it - I can take it on and off all day long without scraping. Unless there was a nasty wind that might blow it around in my hands, it's just something I've done enough that I don't need anyone, is all.

But it is easier with two, faster certainly.

Why is this a black and white issue?

Easier with two? Debatable.

More homosexual with two? Yes. As we have proven. Even more with a threesome? Yes. Again, as we have proven.

It's not - I'm just making the case that you dont NEED two people to do the job without scraping, which was how it was written last page. Khoi can do it alone, and so can I.

I'm not saying anyone is a girly man for wanting two people to take it off heh, I just think it's a bit paranoid, and/or you should look at your technique.

Or you may be a girly man.
