Key is just not to kill/injure yourself during the first two weeks. It's going to be hell and hurt like a bastard no matter what. It'll be fine after that.

Pretty much. I took a 3 week break from the gym in January and tried to lift the same amount of weight when I came back......was definitely not a good idea.

I must have seen the Crue, Whitesnake, bon jovi and cinderalla at least 5 times each, not to mention every weekend at A.L gators, funny I still live less than 2 miles from a.l gators, never even noticed if it was still around. Think I saw tesla twice at hammerjacks along with Kix on a few occasions. thanks, now I feel old.

I only know what records are because I've seen them on various TV shows
