After looking at the compressor map...
I should see @12 lbs of boost I should see spool at 2500rpms and hold full power to redline

12lbs is about enough for 520whp. Since it is a modded turbo spool is super early and extended through the rpms plus torque is ridiculous on these BW turbos.

you're planning to do E85 tune? hopefully you can keep that torqur curve tamed, I know they tend to spike with single set ups, and E85 = gobs more of torque
