Good news for our MD folk. I read that a judge ruled the "good and substantial cause" clause in the MD CCW permit application is unconstitutional and must be removed

Good news for our MD folk. I read that a judge ruled the "good and substantial cause" clause in the MD CCW permit application is unconstitutional and must be removed sometime next month. So as soon as that's removed you guys should be able to apply for and receive your permits without having to have some BS justification.
