BTW, if you are looking to carry IWB, I recommend the Comp-Tac MTAC holster. Very nice. Sturdy and the most comfortable dedicated IWB holster I've used. I have two -- one for my G26 and one for my G19.
For OWB I really like the Kydex units like these
At first I ordered a Raven Concealment Systems "Phantom" for my G17. Its nice, but production time is slow. I found this guy on GlockTalk who makes holsters that are just as nice (I have one for my G19) and a lot cheaper.

He'll make one for whatever you want, so if he doesn't have an XD-S mold I'm sure he'll get one and make it. His turnaround time is really quick, too. I'm actually carrying my 19 in one right now.
