good to hear that it's not too serious. my pops had two surgeries on his shoulder (almost 2 yrs in a row) due to too much golfing. lol  operation took no more than 1hr and was back home the same day.

Part of my commute. It was very very pretty. Sun was going down so the sky was turning pink. Of course my iPhone didn't capture that. Lol.

wow, they call those ten-k meters in japan. man-poke (not related to pokemon). man is ten thousand, po is steps ke is short for kei (meter/guage). if you walk 10K steps, then that's
