My buddy also mentioned some cons to the headphones and sold them online shortly after buying them only to continue using his 7-8 year old head phones which are amazing! He works in the music industry so he has lots of goodies

I recall purchasing a set of Skull Candy headphones some years back and found them to be so sorely lacking that I sold them at a slight loss to a friend a week later.

Life's too short to waste time on inferior music gear. Just sayin'!
