there is still a gap between mazda and honda especially when it comes to quality and ergonomics. even the low end nissans and toyota's aren't close to honda's quality imo.

I have to say my buddies Mazda Speed 3 is a great car for the money... the only thing I really hate about it is the FWD.. other than that its hard to beat for the money

Yeah other than the outrageous torque steer, the thing is an absolute rocket. Incredibly well priced too.

Loved my MS3. I had a 2007. Would have got another, but they got ugly.

So, I may be getting a cheap DD. My buddy owns a repo company and can get title on some of the cars he has. He said that all I'd have to pay for is the licensing, etc. (whatever is entailed in that process, I dunno) so maybe a couple hundred dollars (his words) and I could have a nice DD.
