my right leg pain from WOT-ing my kickscooter for 3miles everyday resulted in an injury called peroneal tendonitis in my outward side of my heel.
![]() doc told me to lay off my kickscooter for minimum 2wks. he said i was smart that i stopped the excercise a few days ago completely as it wouldve only made it worse. he recommened a ankle brace, but since i can walk pretty freely with only a slight limp after sitting for a prolonged time, he said i can just take pain killers... but no hamstermilling, no extra walks in the park unless i wear an ankle brace. so i guess i sit in my kid's wagon and let them push me around the park. ![]() |
