So, I found this on that same site and it's def. something we need to know.
If you're not detained (not free to leave) and decide to remain silent you must invoke your 5th Amendment right by explicitly saying that you, "Plead the 5th" or something similar. Crazy! I think I would have done that anyways, but now I know for sure. |
