my right leg pain from WOT-ing my kickscooter for 3miles everyday resulted in an injury called peroneal tendonitis in my outward side of my heel.

doc told me to lay off my kickscooter for minimum 2wks. he said i was smart that i stopped the excercise a few days ago completely as it wouldve only made it worse. he recommened a ankle brace, but since i can walk pretty freely with only a slight limp after sitting for a prolonged time, he said i can just take pain killers... but no hamstermilling, no extra walks in the park unless i wear an ankle brace.

so i guess i sit in my kid's wagon and let them push me around the park.

I feel mostly responsible for this -- on Sunday, I stuck a few extra pins in my Kenchan voodoo doll -- right in the leg they went.
