woot, my new titanium drill bits came in.

well, it's titanium coated which im not sure wat that means. was like

then

anyway, it's a dewalt brand so im sure they will last me a couple of years use.

I can safely say that unless you pay a ridiculous amount for the drill bit then they are all pretty much the same

.........garbage if and when used daily or professionally! Hobby wise they are good though

I worked as a machinist apprentice before I did my electrician ticket and there we had super expensive bits and other machinist precision tools, but those are used for CNC machines and or manual mills or lathes.

Since going into electrical I can see the difference in some of the tools

it's like the difference between tools we use on aircraft, and tools we use at home.. sometimes it's the same thing.. because honestly, just because it's 50$ a drill bit doesn't make it high quality..

I remember seeing the bill on some bits being delivered we needed on short notice so not a normal deliv. Anyway 12, 4- in 3 different sizes no bigger then maybe 1/2' dia and the total was almost 1k! No joke!
