This is a cool thread! A lot of unexpected professions in here. An honest to God rocket scientist! How cool is that.

Anyways, I'm a Network Administrator for three manufacturing plants here in the states. It's nice to see other geeks like me here.

Aside from all the whining, bitching and moaning from users I love my job. Plus, no proxy restrictions for the IT dept means more time for sites like this.

I am an automotive program manager for an evaporative emissions control system component manufacturer. We make charcoal canister vent valves among many other items.

Current contracts; F22 Raptor/F35 Joint Strike Fighter among others.
Work has slowed down with the recession in full swing.
I only work 65 hrs a week now.

Starting in August I'll be a Corporate Banking Analyst.

Presuming I can sell my Camaro for a fair price, I'll probably be purchasing a 370 with the proceeds from the sale and part of my signing bonus.
