Think I just scored a good deal of OEM tires............I might go with them to save a few bucks. This way next time I need tires I can replace the rims as well

i use the regular firemen's hose nozzle like this one.

That nozzle is a-ma-zing! Best nozzle eva! 
mr. Kenchan said the salt will discolor the metal even if dry so i was aware of yuk on the road. It was just the perfect day...i had time, weather and temp were pretty, the mini was amenable AND i have a new camera!
