Red light cams take photos in fractions of a second. I highly doubt the sensor would be able to sense the flash and emit its own light before the photograph

Red light cams take photos in fractions of a second. I highly doubt the sensor would be able to sense the flash and emit its own light before the photograph was taken. Luckily for me all the red light cameras were taken down in my city.
