Excellent! Before you install them, paint the inside edge - about 3/4 of an inch - of the rotor and all the slots and cross-drilled holes. Best way is with Rustoleum BBQ paint (1,000°). I used a foam pad on the rotor surface and q-tips for the slots and rotors.

You are correct sir.
Nice custom detailing there, sir!
And I thought I was tricky in painting my spacers to match...

You are correct sir.
It is worth the effort to not have the rust-ring.

Thanks for the tip. Did you demonstrate perhaps in a build thread?

Honestly, it's so easy, it wouldn't be worth the effort for a thread. PM me when you get your stuff and I'll walk you through it if needed.

To reaffirm my manliness, I am adding bourbon to a flat, half empty Growler of Tröegs ¿Impending Descent? Scratch #83.
I'll let you pansies know how good it is in a minute.

As long as it makes you feel better!

Ok, I'm having to look that up now!

Edit: Interesting! A Russian Imperial Stout. Yummy.

Yes. I received a set myself. Some people were having fitment issues. The hood would bulge slightly after install. I have not installed mine to confirm this.

Hmmm...
I thought this was the set of struts that did not cause bulges.

Baer and Jar had an issue, and I think Zman8 had an issue with the hood bulge as well.
