 i pop the hood every weekend (unplug/plug battery manager) in the warmer months so the dampers come very handy. i noted after about 6yrs use, the damper ball joints need grease. i used white lithium on my G's dampers.  started to squeak like some old car... oh wait, my G is kinda old.
