Mr.kenchan, I honestly like the NISMO wheels better, cos 5-spokes concave is my personal preference.

But... I will suggest you stay with the Weds since it adds personality to your Z.. which is a good thing...

the fiesta st wasn't available this summer so i didnt take a look at that, but the normal fiesta with the bells and whistles, i did.

yep, mine is 5speed. it revs high on the expressway but mpg is still around 40mpg on the gauge. i get average 33-34mpg and more when i do my weekend drives. lol

thanks, mr.alcheng. yah, the weds do give it more character, but the nismo's are cleaner, i think.

hey fire... i put DiCon under my Z and G since my cars are in hibernation.... looks like the racoons took a nibbl and liked it

and took the rest of the box with them to share with their their families.

Kensan you should stay in the light. Stay away from the dark side. Since putting mine awy I bought a CAI and SC overdrive pulley. The kewl thing is that they do not require a tune and add 75 rear wheel hp.

I've got the piece to make it, but I was originally looking at replacing the shift boot and put it off. Also, there's not really a gap because the desert eagle shift knob is so tall and I have it screwed down pretty much all the way. I'm ok with how it looks now, but I'll probably do it on whim sometime down the road when I want a little change. I've got the DIY printed out and organized in a binder

I like the nismo wheels

and I'm usually a fan of darker wheels. I think the difference in the lighting in the two pictures is throwing me off a little - I want to see the darker wheels in a little more light.

I really don't think it was that big of a fiasco. Yea, it was irritating that he thought the original black backing would be acceptable, but he found a solution and provided a free replacement to those who needed it. I"m about to order a set but he's going to leave the backing white so I can paint it, and not attach it to the emblem so I can send the emblems off to get black chrome finish.

With regard to just the Z badge emblems, if Simota says the emblems are quality I'm inclined to believe him. I'm not sure they've got anything else I really want. Do you have specific experience with poor quality from them before? Either way, I'm sure you have your reasons
