Good Afternoon Everyone!!!
It should be O.S.I.M. but today is pretty good cos the Z is all fixed and I just went to the shop this am to pick it up. The top is brand new, what they have done is besides replacing the top, they also wrap some portion of the frame with Teflon tape, they do did to see if less friction Teflon tape will solve the rubbing issue. We will see how long the rag-top can stand this time(hopefully forever). The service manager already booked me an appointment to discuss how should I file a case to Nissan Canada regarding this issue, thus we try to have a guarantee from Nissan Canada to have coverage/service on this issue even after the warranty is expired.  Couple pictures that was taken last week with the rag-top taken off. You can see the silver part/frame, which cause the rubbing... |
