I put about 500 rounds through the AR today, very pleased. I really dig the aimpoint pro. I also checked out a G34 I'm thinking about getting for range use...torn

Both are fantastic pieces, love them equally, if I HAD to choose one, it would be the XDM, justl like how it shoots a tad better, it does have a longer and match grade barrel, and it easier to take down, no sear disconnect crap or tool. However, a coin flip will do, worst feature on both are the triggers, the MP trigger is worse tho, but a DIY polish and sanding/cut will fix that. Haven't looked into doing the XDM trigger. I think the MP grip is FANTASTIC. Glocks are nice, my buddy has 3, shoot well, but they do not fit my hands like the XDM and MP, and look like crap, MP and XDM have Swag, because that is important!
