Let's see...

So I am an operations. materials planning, forecasting, manufacturing, supply chain, lean systems, purchasing and software kind of consultant. I also teach classes in those topics (on the side) in companies and sometimes colleges -- at least when the opportunity arises and it fits my schedule.

Consulting is a pretty great gig. You give advice. If you're right, you're an expert. If you're wrong, hey, it's not like you cost your own company any money.
