How the vendor has delt with it has made it a bigger issue. It started with forgetting my paid-in-full order when it came time to ship resulting in more delays, then delay after delay when dealing with the above issue without a satisfactory solution... This whole process has been on going since March, it's now the end of August It doesn't help that I've been overly patient with the vendor, they have certainly taken advantage of it.
