Looks like high winds start afternoon Monday and continue through Tues. My worry is loosing power for an extended length of time. i.e. a few days.

W power out cash is no good so buy everything you need NOW. Learned that the hard way during the huge ice storm here back in 2001(?)....needed some kerosene to stay warm, it was available but the cash registers not working so most places were closed....

Mornin peeps.

Guess I'm ready for the storm. Closed and locked the storm windows, filled the truck with gas, charging the portable fire radio, pager and cellphone. Oh and ofcourse the most important thing bought a power ball ticket. LOL

yea we have tested it, its a push start, no pulling of chords or anything, this generator is bigger than our older one and provides us with more power if needed.
