Why would anyone try to drive off when a cop is obviously writing you a ticket? That's disrespect and just asking for trouble. In this case.... jail time. Cops don't

Why would anyone try to drive off when a cop is obviously writing you a ticket? That's disrespect and just asking for trouble. In this case.... jail time. Cops don't take disrespect. He could afford the $50 ticket... now it's thousands in lawyer fees and jail time.
