I have no clue how Hawaii made it past Florida. I've never seen ANYONE make a U-turn from the right lane other than in FL; in Hawaii atleast everyone has some respect like... omg here I go...
In Hawaii, 1.people actually let you in when you merge. 2.when you let someone in the lane your in, they normally acknowledge and thank you (little wave). 3. They ACTUALLY use turn signals. 4. Not filled with old people that cant drive for sh*t. 5. Not as much Prada shade wearing, mom and dad purchased bmw/merc, weaving through traffic b*tches. 6.People actually know when to stop when there is a red light.
