Roasted Rabbit made with onions, bacon, garlic, salt, lemon pepper, and Jamaican Jerk.
Mashed potatoes with chives and garlic and butter. Nice smooth gravy made from the rabbit. This was the first time I used jerk, but i think I am sold on it. It just really brought a depth of flavor to the rabbit roast.
