Awwwwww yeah! Here's what I made for dinner tonight!

Wine-braised chicken with shallots and pancetta!

This was a little prep-intensive, but it was well worth my time! The wine/chicken stock-based reduction was the star of the show!

One of my favorite snacks. Dried Bolinao fish that has been toasted on a skillet to get them extra crispy:

nomnomnom

And even better... calamari on brown rice. My mom makes this for me when I am at the house, so I'll have to ask for what she seasons it with:
