I've been working out for a year now, basically on my own routine. I went from 210lbs to about 172lb currently. I've gotten to the point where I'm healthy and no longer gasping for air while running. I use to run an 18 minute mile, sad I know. Now it's closer to 8-1/2min. I've gained muscle and currently around 18% body fat. It seems like I've leveled off with just my current routine and I want to get ripped. Do guys have any tips on how to loose more body fat? Is P90x worth it? And is it something you only do at home?
