I used some stuff kind of like that when I lived in Texas and had cats crapping in my flowerbeds. It kept the cats out but it stunk really badly. It kind of made you sick to your stomach if you were outside when it was really hot and muggy.

Update: I went over to approach my neighbor about her cats ******** on my lawn. Her reply was "well they're cats...I can't tell them what not to do. When you see them just spray them with water or something." So it appears that my neighbor don't give a crap. My question is: if I set up a cat trap and catch a few of these cats and drop them off a few miles away, can my neighbor sue me for catnapping? What are the laws about this?

Btw, my neighbor has 6 cats. My lawn is full of 5hit, literally.

An internet forum is not the best place to get info about your local laws from.

Sure it is. An Internet forum is an exchange of ideas, opinions, experience, and information. Somebody's got to know or experienced a similar issue who can share their experience. I just want to get rid of these cats coming to my lawn and 5hitting in it.

I had a similar problem with neighgbors cats and took care of it with my airsoft gun. Only took a few times and now it's one of my other neighbors problem.

If you catch them drop them off at the pound as strays.

Yeah, it's a great place to get ideas, opinions, etc. but you asked for legal advice. Call Animal Control and ask them if you want legal advice.

If you want to get rid of the cats, put a nice bowl of rat poison on the lawn. When the kitties drink it and die, tell the lady "Well, I told them not to drink it but, you're right, they're cats, and I can't tell them what not to do."

However, that isn't legal - it's probably "Animal Cruelty" as are most of the other suggestions you have gotten. So, good luck doing anything about this and not getting arrested, outside of maybe putting some dog and cat repellent **** from WalMart all over your yard or building a fence.

I really despise pet owners who doesn't clean after their own pets. I think I may have to call Animal Control and make a complaint or ask for solutions in deterring this cat problem without getting sued. I hate cats!
