I agree completely Paul, it seems like every single car I look at has a driver either looking in their laps, holding a cell phone to their ears, or blatantly texting.

I almost got run over by some people who blew through a stop sign on my island so I rode my bike over to the local Newport police department and told them they could make up their entire budget deficit by nabbing all the people who don't even slow down for stop signs. 15 minutes later, there were two motorcycle cops pulling people over. I should have received a kick back!
